GENERAL CONDITIONS

· Beach with a private beach umbrella + 1 deckchair + beach couch per every room
· Air conditioning
· Service bicycle from 9:00 am to 18:00
· Breakfast buffet
· Dinner with choice of menu and buffet with vegetables and dessert (from 1/6 to 15/9)

CHECKIN / CHECKOUT
· The rooms are reserved from 12:00 hours onward on the day of arrival (for arrivals from 13:00 on Saturday.
Please inform the Hotel of their estimated arrival time (especially for arrivals after 20:00).
· The day of departure rooms must be vacated by 11:00.

POLITICHE DI PRENOTAZIONE
· The booking will be confirmed prior notice of a credit card (number e expiration date) from which the Hotel reserves the right to take 30% of the total amount (minimum amount € 200.00) as deposit, otherwise the deposit will be by bank transfer. Reservations will not be guaranteed without a deposit.
·The reservation that take advantage of special offers and / or promotional rates will be confirmed prior notice of a credit card (number and expiration date) from which the Hotel reserves the right to take 50% of the total amount (minimum € 200.00) by way of deposit, otherwise the deposit will be paid by bank transfer. Reservations will not be guaranteed without a deposit.
Such reservations may contain specific restrictions in terms of payment and cancellation policies.
Subject otherwise noted, offers and / or promotional rates are not cumulative and are still contingent on availability.
·The book does not provide refunds for no-show the day of booking for early departure, for fewer people and do not come for lunches and dinners not taken.
· In case of late arrival or early departure, except for documented cases of force majeure, the guest will be charged the full booking up to a maximum of three nights.
· The guaranteed reservation is a guarantee also to the Customer.

CANCELLATION POLICIES
· The reservation can be canceled without penalty up to 7 days before arrival, subject to communication by fax or email. After this deadline the customer pays the total cost of the reservation.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
· The payment may be made by cash or major credit cards (visa, Eurocard, Mastercard).
· To the reservation that take advantage of special offers and/or promotional rates, no payment can be made by credit card upon arrival and must be contextual.
